I got off Mirena June 1 after 5 years, had a LIGHT period June 18-20 and TTC this month using OPKs and temps (I did ovulate July 2) I’m 12 DPO today but got a BFN yesterday and cervix is soft and getting lower, I feel AF coming.

I’m honestly ok with it cause it shows I’m back to regular having a 28 day cycle.

I’m 33, have 11 year old twins and 6 year old. My husband is 44 and has kids. We have none together but both conceived VERY easy before.

My DH has recently started having ED problems so I’m assuming his sperm May be affected being 44 to. We BD almost everyday during fertile week, should we not?

We’re also going to start FertilAid and pre seed.

I think I just need some encouragement
