is it normal to get lightning crotch at 12 weeks? 🙄(posting anonymously because I don't want hate)

I think lightning crotch is an end of pregnancy thing. It could very well be round ligament pain though which is no picnic either.

I started to have what I thought was lightning crotch around this time. My doctor said it was because my pelvic floor wasn’t strong and to do more exercises to strengthen it. I’ve made a point to do keagles and other exercises and it feels much better now at 18 weeks.

ummm. No! I dont think its lightening crouch. first off your  baby isnt that big at 12 weeks to be hitting your cervix. . Try having a 5lb-8lb baby hitting your cervix. Now thats lightening crouch... Sorry but its not lightening crouch your feeling...
