Tricare related question.
My BIL is leaving for USMC basic training soon and his wife/my sister is pregnant with LO#2 but she doesn't have insurance. How soon can she get Tricare? She said she can't receive Tricare until he finishes all of his training before going to his first duty station , I don't think this sounds right. Input and advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
