OPK Timing
Brand new to using OPKs...& I see people are saying to take them at the exact same time every day, twice a day. My question is how important is it that it’s the same time?
My work schedule is RIDICULOUS! Work my shifts, on call, etc.
Just wondering if it’s even worth using them if I can’t do the same hr every day? (Ex: 8am and 6pm everyday)
