So this month I picked up the clear blue that has the blinking smiley face as well as the solid smiley face. I usually use the one that only has the standard smiley face (not blinking) but they only had the 10pk. Anyways!! I was reading the instructions for these and they said to use my first pee after my longest sleep. Every other OPK has said NOT to use FMP but to use it after waiting at least 4 hrs anytime after 10. So now I’m confused!! Do I use it in the morning or wait until 3pm every day like I normally do??
