Had my MMC 5-25-18. I let myself go through one cycle after the MMC and got AF almost exactly 4 weeks later on June 24th. Now we are trying again. According to my OPK my peak was July 7 and AF is expected to arrive July 24th. Hoping it doesn’t come and we are pregnant. Now, the waiting game...

Since Friday, 4 dpo I have had cramping, lower back pain, and bloating. I know these are all symptoms of PMS, but that’s not suppose to come until the 24th and I don’t usually get cramps until the day AF starts. Could these symptoms be related to implantation? How long should I wait to test?

Anyone else have lower abdomen cramps and lower back pain shortly after ovulation and became pregnant?
