Blood when I pee

For the past couple of days every time I use the bathroom after my boyfriend and have sex there's always blood when I wipe. Last night we had sex and today when I went to the bathroom there was A LOT of blood when I peed (like the pee was red). I'm not sure if it's the sex that's causing it but it really scared me because it was a lot of blood.
