exhausted.
4 weeks 5 days pregnant, my boobs are so sore and heavy. & i am so tired. struggled to keep my eyes open at work today 😫 trying to stay as normal as possible whilst at work as won’t tell anyone until i’ve had my first scan but i’m just so flipping tired!
