can anyone help? regarding ovidrelle

Hi was just wondering if anyone can help, i will be self injecting ovidrelle tomorrow for the first time, the nurse said do it around 11/12 in the afternoon, but i have work, and so does my husband. If i do it around 8am/8.30 am does it really matter? and if i inject it at 8.30Am will be good enough to BD same day around 11.30pm? Their phone lines open after 9am, so just wanted somw input, but it shouldnt matter right? as long as i BD that night and the night after?(not for IVF, its for timed intercourse)
