Did anyone see a healthy baby on their first ultrasound and then a month later get awful news? I have my next appointment on Wednesday and I will be 13w 5d, but I am still concerned about miscarriages.

I have one of those stupid home dopplers and I haven't been able to find the heart beat on there, so it is making me a tad paranoid. I also am thinking I probably have an anterior placenta again so maybe that is why?

Just looking for reassurance that all will be okay.
