Anybody else sometimes bloat and then feel amaze?!

I’ve recently gone back to the gym after the realisation of having Edema. It’s helping a lot and i feel great after the workout. Still, lifting whilst pregnant was something I was always scared about, but it is possible!

Swimming starts tomorrow to help with my circulation as my veins are also starting to pop out! With my first pregnancy I never had any of this!! ☹️

23 weeks and becoming more active than ever! Let’s hope it pays off! 🏊🏼‍♀️

I wonder how long it’ll take to loose the baby weight though 👀
