I'm 13 months p.p & I know I need to get back on bc I just don't know which one?? I'm forgetful as is so with a 3&1 yr old at home with me.. the pill is OUT of the question. I've been thinking either the iud or depo shot but i don't have experience with either so i'd like to get some opinions! The good, bad & the ugly. Did either affect mood, later fertility, weight, periods etc. Thanks ladies!! Oh and if you have any other suggestions i'm open to hear it ☺️
