Too Much Stuff

We had our sweet son 3 months ago and we finally get to go home after much remodeling. We are moving back into our duplex and are hoping to rent out the top, but I can't figure out how to make it all fit. Especially all the baby stuff... And whenever I try to get rid of stuff it suddenly is useful... ie hubby

finds a use for it. I am just not sure how to fit everything thing. Does anyone have some good organizing tips for small apartments? Or do you think I should tell him that we need the whole house? Or should I just start throwing stuff away? 😂 Also we have a giant bean bag chair that we both love but there is no room for I am including plans for the downstairs so you can see how cramped it is😄
