I need IUD experts! #MyWeirdBody

Sooo, I could really use some expert advise on IUD period talk. Some info: I got my IUD about a year and 3 months ago, The first year i had really inconsistent and weird periods/discharge. This stopped when the first year passed. I went to my GYN for a checkup and he told me i probably had a cyst that went away on it's own (after doing an echo). So now my period is late 8 days, i've had late periods before but i still stress every time. I have acne and feel icky which i usually get when on my period. What would you guys recommend me to do? I'm curious if anyone thinks there's need to stress or that my period might be stopping. (This sometimes happens after about a year for women with a hormonal IUD) thank you!
