Not again! :''''(

So if anyone follows me you guys will know I was pregnant with twins and July 4th lost one of them. Here it is July 17th and as of 15 minutes ago, I have lost the second one. I am immensely heartbroken, but am trying to stay strong. This doesn't feel real.
