Heart burn?!

Anyone else having horrible heartburn? Nothing seems to be working for me! Any suggestions?

My doc allows me to take Zantac 150 2x per day. And once that stops working I can add in Prilosec. I was on a prescription with my first pregnancy because I was losing weight due to not eating because of heartburn. Check with your doc about some OTC meds. It’s nothing to tolerate!

Prilosec!
I tried papaya extract for a while, but it just wasn’t cutting it. I was nervous about taking the meds, but the midwife was clear that the continued acid reflux would be much worse!

try milk i started to get heartburn 2weeks ago and tums are no help at all i drink half cup of milk and it works right away

The only thing that seems to help mine is a big glass of milk and then sleeping on three pillows to keep me fairly upright! Nothing else seems to touch it!
