Slim fast?
Hi, I’m struggling to eat due to nausea and anxiety - I have eaten a few things today (proactive yoghurt and oats pot, half a oatty biscuit bar, half a packet of crisps, some crackers and an apple). Got severe hunger pains so decided to drink a slim fast that I had the powder for in the cupboard. I’m obviously not trying to lose weight but know they expand in your stomach to feel you up so am hoping this might help with the hunger pains. Does anyone have experience of supplementing their diet with slim fast in this way? I’m 9 weeks pregnant. Thanks in advance.
