Am I ovulating or not?

What does my blood work mean?
I had blood work done on day 10 of my cycle and I feel like my doctor didn’t really explain much to me just that I need to loose weight. I’m 5’6 and 300lbs. 
Anyone know if my blood works means I’m ovulating or not ovulating?

I think day 10 is too early to see ovulation. my doc ordered a progesterone test on day 21 to check ovulation. Unfortunately mine came back in the "possible ovulation" range so didn't tell me much.

I think the LH being 6.3 means unlikely that you ovulated
