Any specific workouts?

First off, I can’t believe I’m posting this. I’ve become so ashamed of my body. Also, don’t mind the mess. Over the past 5 years I’ve gained weight like crazy; 60 lbs to be exact. I have depo and my bad eating habits to blame for that. I’m currently 5’4 and 185 lbs. I really would like anyone’s advice on what to do to lose my belly, back, and arm fat.
