Anyone NOT experience ovulation cramping on femara?

It seems like a lot of people on here talk about ovulation cramping on femara. I haven’t had any side effects whatsoever which I guess makes it seem like it’s not working. I’m on the smallest dose too—2.5 mg. Anyone have no side effects but was able to conceive?

I’m on 2.5 mg and I don’t get ovulation cramps but no BFP yet - this will be out third round. My body responds well - I’m having regular bloods and ultrasounds to monitor and had a large follicle last cycle and surged on my own so I guess we wait and see 🤷🏻‍♀️ only side effect I get it headaches. Hopefully this is both of our month 🤞

Well actually I guess I spoke too soon. 😂 Today I’ve had pretty bad cramps. Feels kind of like period cramps but sharper around both ovaries. Also my back is killing me which is weird.
