My 20 month old got a fever yesterday afternoon and I didn't think much of it since he was showing signs of a cold (runny nose, coughing, and congested). But today he had another low fever and a few hours later I noticed bumps on his body. At first I thought it might be hand foot mouth disease but the bumps aren't on mouth or hands and they look more like pimples or bug bites. Any ideas what it could be? He isn't scratching that I've noticed so I'm hoping that means they aren't bothering him. It was hard to hard to get good pictures...
