Ovulation worse than period?
Does anyone else notice that your ovulation symptoms are worse than period symptoms, or is it just me?
I’ve been on hormonal birth control my entire adult life, and only this year started charting and using FAM, so I’m still feeling out how my body handles all this naturally. I mean the cramps, the moodiness, the bloating....it’s terrible!
Anyone else?
