Hello everyone!

I’m looking for some more inspiration on dinner ideas. Our kitchen is quite small and sadly has no oven.

We had enough space to make a decision between installing an oven or a dishwasher... we lived for three years in the house whilst weighing up this choice. My husband was adamant that a dishwasher was more important (he really really hates washing dishes by hand).

We have gotten used to cooking using the hob, we have a small combi microwave that has a grill and oven feature (but it’s not very good, it’s okay for things that cook in 20-30 minutes but not longer) and we also have an air fryer.

However recently I have noticed that we are falling back into having the same meals, so I figured I’d ask here for your favourite dishes that don’t require an oven.
