I’m so confused.

The two tests I took yesterday and got what looks like to be a faint positive then took the other one today and negative? I also wanna add that I was getting faint positives and then started bleeding heavy for a few days I quit testing and then woke up feeling really nauseous yesterday morning so I had extra tests and figured why not. Help please ?
