Mine is awful, and especially while sleeping. My hips always hurt sooo much!

I’ve had constant back pain throughout my pregnancy. However my legs (mainly knee area) have become very sore especially at night. Today I woke up with my right knee throbbing and it’s still hurting now. My right knee is my bad knee due to an injury and having surgery on it but it usually never hurts like this.
