Plan for an epidural or no epidural?

I say keep an open mind. With my last I said I was doing an Epi no way no how, because I was scared of getting a spinal headache like I had from a spinal tap. The headache was the worst I ever had from a spinal tap I couldn’t sit up for a month and had to get a blood patch done where the inject blood back into your back to close what’s leaking. Any that why I said hell no I wouldn’t get an Epi and try to take care of a newborn with that headache,but...... I had to get induced and I’ll tell ya them contractions are hell of a lot worse and I had back labor badddddd I made it to 7cm without anything and after that I said give me that damn Epi. They did it and oh boy I was so glad the rest of labor was like cake with the Epi I ended up tarring at a level 2 and glad I didn’t have to feel that or the stitch it. So I say don’t say No or Yes lol

I'm totally creeped out by putting a needle in my spinal column. 
With my last birth they gave me half a dose of stadol and that was just what I needed. No drugs with the first 2 babies.

I'm going to see how long I can handle it without it this time. As long as my water doesn't break right away and I don't need pitocin this time around I SHOULD be able to go longer without it 💪
