So I've been using wetnwild H2O proof liquid eyeliner, I don't know if you guys are familiar with it but you can usually find it at a drug store, it is in fact water proof but the problem is that I have big creases and when I wear this eyeliner, at the end of the day it smears at the top of my eyes as shown and it's embarrassing I hate it. It happens with other eyeliners I use also that's why I would like and see if you guys would recommend any liquid eyeliner I can use instead that won't smear and last all day. That would be so much help thanx!
