I went to my doctors appointment and there was no heartbeat. We saw one 2 weeks ago, they sent me into the hospital for a better ultrasound and they confirmed no heartbeat and the baby wasn't growing. I'm not spotting or cramping, I saw the baby on the ultrasound. I feel like there is a cruel joke being played on me. My husband is not being supportive, I feel like I'm going to lose my mind.

I was told to wait to miscarry naturally or to set up a DNC. I just don't know if I can handle all of this.
