Pregnecare conception

Hey guys,

I just wondered if anyone has had issues with them? This has been my first month taking them and now I’m feeling awful I keep getting fatigue, sore boob, head aches, cramping and bloating I know these are all pregnancy symptoms but I’m 10 dpo and had a negative test and it all seemed to start about 5 days after starting these?
