Baby wearing

I have a one month old and a 2 year old at home. My husband is gone from 430 am to 630 pm at night so I'm by myself with the kids pretty much the whole day. I have a baby Bjorn and a Moby wrap. Both seem complicated in different ways. The baby Bjorn is so much easier to utilize when I have another person to help get the baby in. The Moby wrap is hard to assemble without a youtube tutorial each time.

Is there an easy baby wearing item that I can just put on quickly and place baby in quickly? I really just want it for when we go to the park or for cooking dinner
