Is my resume bad or what?

So the format is a little weird because I took the pictures on my phone. But what I’m asking about is the content. 
I’ve applied to over 100 jobs and haven’t gotten an interview. I live in a small city where jobs are scarce. I mostly apply for any reception/customer service jobs. But I can’t even get a call back from minimum wage. Sometimes I think something else (Like God) has a different plan for me and wants me to finish my classes before getting work. But I NEED a job and can’t rely on my boyfriend (I already did for one month although he makes like $7k a month with not a lot of overhead but still) 
Is it my resume? The job market? Or something else? I’m not understanding.

I don't know if you typed your descriptions or copy and pasted them, but they seem to me to be in poor sentence structure. that could be a factor.

You're resume could use some better formatting, how mines formatted it's education, work experience and then skills at the bottom. You can look up examples online. Also some of your bullet points aren't the best, the advice I was given is for each bullet point you should have a what and how. So for example you just wrote directed mail, but you need to include how you did that.

I’d get on Microsoft word, take the already made resume template, and fill that out. If you haven’t gotten a job yet, the resume is the problem.
