When I get bitten but mosquitoes the bites always flare up like this, they look EXACTLY like what your bub has so I would say mosquitoes, I know they look huge but as I said, mine go like that straight away after getting bitten by a mosquito

I don’t know... I live in Louisiana I know what mosquito bites look like and that doesn’t look like mosquitos to me. Mosquito bites are usually a lot rounder and dome shaped not flat like that. I don’t know what that is but I would take him to the doctor for sure

Looks like a bad reaction to mosquitoes like these other women said. But I'd set up a appointment with a pediatrician as soon as you can to make sure. Just in case .
