Toxo In soil?

So we recently started planting some veggies in pots on our balconies using bagged soil and “plant food” (my guess is that this is a type of fertilizer).

I wasn’t wearing gloves and If I remember correctly I washed my hands after (regular washing, I wasn’t like scrubbing my hands raw).

And I just came across an article that mentioned toxoplasmosis that can be contracted through soil.

Should I be worried?? Is that only for outdoor soil or can it be in bagged soil from store as well??

It seems like everyday I have a scare after finding out that yet another thing can be dangerous in pregnancy... 🙄
