No period since having my implant removed in April

I had the implanon for about 2 years and from the day I got it I spotted pretty much until I got it removed give or take 3 or 4 months of normal periods out of that time. I got tired of spotting all the time and constantly having to wear panty liners or pads so I got it removed and once it was removed I immediately had a period that was like my periods before I had the implanon but since then I haven’t had any more periods or anything not even spotting. Is there anyone else whose experienced this? My gyno said my periods would be irregular for the first 3 months but I expected to have some kind of period. I can’t imagine it’s healthy to not have a period like this. I have my annual check up next month and plan to talk to her about it then but in the meantime if anyone could give me some insight that would be greatly appreciated.
