Scary IBS moment

So I have IBS and it sucks. I get piles a hell of a lot I spend more time with them than without. It doesn't matter of I am constipated or have the runs I get them. Whilst being pregnant they actually haven't been too bad until this morning. Went to the loo for a bm then wben I wipped there was a fair bit of bright red blood and the toilet bowl was bright red. For a monent I had no idea where it came from as I haven't burst a pile in well over 18 months. I checked and double check and it definitely was from my back end and not the baby. ***my doctors are well aware of this issue, I have had a number of operations and cameras up there. There is no sign of IBD or anything like that my piles just bleed at times.
