When me and hubby decided we would start trying I came off all contraception and found out that I have irregular periods. Sometimes 30-31 days sometimes 6 weeks. I wanted to be able to time it all properly ever 28 days. I started taking these higher nature tablets day 21 and I always start AF on time now.
