Friends I'm 20W3D and had my Anatomy scan today. Until today each time i get a scan the doctor says my baby is in a difficult position to get the images. Today for the detailed scan too the doctor told me to go for a quick sprint or run in between and also asked me to empty my bladder at least 3 times. They made me to lie on my left, lie on my right and even to lie on my stomach...so that the baby moves up and shows those that has to be seen. They also were thumping the scanning probe on my abdomen so that it shakes the baby and she moves...Though there was not so much luck they managed is what they said or I must say they compromised the results with what baby showed them.

i had been suffering severe backache from then and struggling to even sit or walk or lie at the moment. I am really anxious thinking why my baby has been in a difficult position each time. i was reading in a book that the uterus position could restrict the babys movements. Has anyone experienced the same during their scans? and how did you progress to the third trimester and next scan?
