Well she went to the doctor and they said it is shingles just a early stage of it

Shingles is typically more blistered or sore like, more than just a couple spots and very very painful. To me those look like bites of some sort

Shingles is painful and more linear pattern like.  But I would definitely get her checked out.

Shingles is so painful. 
Iv had it and I could not move! They normally only go on one side of your body. Mine was all of the right side of my tummy
. 
But just to be safe go and get them checked. It’s better to be safe than sorry.
