Has anyone else's belly button started poking out? And heartburn?

I went to a spa and used the pools and sauna for a bit and ever since then I've felt flutters and my belly button suddenly poked out lol! I'm 14 weeks now .. 
Also been having some bad heartburn/ acid reflux that makes me hop out of bed in the middle of the night choking, coughing and my throats on fire ... anyone experiencing something similar?

Zantac75 has become my friend. The heartburn is so bad Tums doesn't touch it.

I’m only 12 weeks and mine’s beginning to pop! It’s not out yet but it’s getting there 😂 with my first it didn’t pop out til the last trimester

Yes my belly button already pokes out. This is my second. With my first it didn’t happen till 30+ weeks 😅

Not the belly button but the acids part I drank fat free milk or 1% with a meal it help cool it down and made it easier for me to swallow food. It felt like everything I ate was getting stuck in my throat or sleeping was hard cause I felt like I couldn’t breathe.
