Hello ladies, please advise
Am 10 weeks 4 days , i started my pregnancy 78 kg and during this few weeks I gained about 8 kilo grams !!! Now am 87 am so depressed,can i lose weight during the second trimester or am gonna be over 100 kg by the end of my pregnancy?
