Has anyone’s medical provider told them that you shouldn’t swim or have sex after their mucus plug comes out?

Update: called my OB clinic this morning to check and they suggested avoiding swimming after losing your mucus plug. The Mucus plug is one way that your body protects against infections so when you lose it your apparently more susceptible. They said sex was fine though.
