I'm on vitex for 3 months help

Anastazia • Hi I’m new here just got this post and still trying to figure it all out .

I been on vitex for 3 months as today I suppose to start my period and it was just tiny spots and I'm nausau and my temp in my house is set at 68 degrees and still hot I been hot for a month any ideas??
