Ladies with a SO who is a veteran/active duty

My fiance is a veteran and had issues with ptsd. His primary care provider prescribed him sertraline(zoloft) to help with his anxiety and depression. Unfortunately it makes him very tired..plus working as much as he does. This puts quite a damper on ttc. Does anyone have a SO dealing with the same issues? or any advice on the matter?
