BREAST CHANGES ON THE PILL?

I read the pill can changes to your breast size/shape - but mostly due to weight gain.

I’ve been on the pill now for almost 2 weeks, I haven’t put any weight on but my boobs are definitely bigger and more firm. They’re only a B so I notice any change in them. They always get like this the week before my period is due

So basically I wanna know does the pill cause breast changes unrelated to weight gain? And do you still experience PMS symptoms while on the pill (because technically it’s not a proper period you get)
