UTI and poo!

Okay, so I just went for my first “adult” physical. And the doctor had just called to tell me that I have a bladder infection. The thing is I have no clue that I had a bladder infection normally when I have these infections I feel it, but I haven’t. On the complete opposite side I had diarrhea for the last couple of days and now my poo is just very very very soft. Not liquid but extremely soft. (Soft enough to not be able to hold a shape)

Now I’m thinking it’s the bladder infection that has caused this poo party. Mind you I have no other diarrhea symptoms but the weird belly button cramps and poop.

Anyway what I’m asking is I need home remedies or things that you guys do to relieve it and to cure it without having to take a medication. I am strictly against medicine, I do not like to take any form of pill.
