Ectopic?

I am miscarrying and bleeding pretty heavy. If this was an ectopic would I be in more pain? or is it likely just a normal miscarriage since i’m heavily bleeding without pain? I don’t have an appointment until Monday

Probably a normal miscarriage. There really isn’t a way to tell if it is ectopic without an ultrasound though. I didn’t bleed heavily with mine. I spotted for a long time. Didn’t have much pain but never had heavy bleeding. They realized it was ectopic through an ultrasound and I had to have emergency surgery that night. Sorry you are going through this.

Thanks everyone! I go to the doctor tomorrow and since i seem to be ridding everything without serious pain i too believe it’s a normal miscarriage. My first miscarriage was missed and my body needed assistance ridding the fetus. Thanks for all your reply’s and condolences!

I am sorry for your pain and loss! :(
a lot of people experience shoulder pain and feeling of extreme bloating with ectopic miscarriage. my sister felt bloated and like she had trapped gas that wouldn't come out, and extreme pain in her shoulder and neck. I have not had an ectopic but I was told this pregnancy may be so I really dug into the symptoms and asked a ton of questions on threads and most people had similar experiences.
