Pain with sex and PCOS

hey everyone, have you experienced pain almost like a horrible cramp and odd sensation in your uterus after sex with PCOS. When I first got married it hurt so bad I was bleeding too, the bleeding is gone but I still get pain, I read it may have to do with the cysts but I just wanted to know if anyone else has this problem and what they may have done for it. I'm really stressed out about it and I am 22 I want to enjoy sex not dread it because of the discomfort after.
