The back of my leg was itchy.. I itched and this happened? It has some sort of clear sweaty residue coming from the scratch! It’s been nearly 5-6 hours and won’t go away.

Looks like you scratched too hard and scratched off the first layer or two of skin which would make it ooze the clear stuff (just stuff your body makes to help heal wounds) keep it clean and don’t scratch anymore, you should be fine.

I can that once and it spread and i was diagnosed with folliculitis and had to get antibiotics and ointment

You might have scratched so hard you scratched off the surface of your skin. I’ve done this. The clear “sweat” like liquid is just blood serum. Make sure you put some some ointment on it, like neosporin, and put a bandaid on it :) No need to worry, you just don’t want to get it infected.
