First round Femara failed, second round success?

First round of Femara 2.5 mg failed to ovulate. Anyone have success stories on the second round with higher dose? Need some hope!

I just had my mid cycle scan on 5mg femera and I have 3 good size follicles, 18, 21 & 24! This is my first round on femera vs clomid, so not pregnant yet but responded well to the meds.
