Anyone have success with second round of Femara? First round of 2.5 mg failed

I just ovulated with my second round of femara !! The first cycle I got my positive opk on day 14 this month not until day 16 which was today ! Starting the tww

My doctor put me on 5mg a day 3-7 and it worked for me! Don't give up!

No but then I had ovarian diathermy to increase my sensitivity and now I’m starting again with Letrozole.
